New major version of RadUpload is now available as a part of RadControls “Prometheus” for ASP.NET. Its new architecture is based on top the ASP.NET AJAX framework in order to directly benefit from client-side behaviors and capabilities. We strongly recommend using the new version for all new development.

Telerik RadUpload is a suite containing:

• a highly efficient proprietary HttpModule, which enables uploading of files with size up to 2GB, while allocating a minimum amount of server memory.
• UI control for single- and multi-file uploads, integrated file validation and more.
• a Progress area control, designed to monitor file uploads or any other measurable process on the server.
