xml can not find file in xap package

I want to ask...
I have 2 project --> Project A and project B...
Project A --> contain an user control called "UC_Combo"..
Project B --> contain a form....
How to call a user control from project A into project B and how to bind the user control into a form in the project B...?

Help me please...
