Xap Minifier error

Hello - I used the xap minifier utility to create a new xap file.  I put the new xap file on our website.  When I access/download the application I receive the following error :
Message: Unhandled Error in Silverlight Application
Code: 2103   
Category: InitializeError      
Message: Invalid or malformed application: Check manifest    

Any ideas for the cause of this?

Hello Jeff,

 Can you give us some more information on what controls are you using, how you use them? It will be easier if you can reproduce the problem in a simple solution and send it to us, demonstrating the problem.
