Hi, due to the well known bug in Visual Studio / Blend it's not possible to generate a copy of the RadJumpList template, in order to apply some changes.
Is it possible to have the XAML of the template, so that I can copy and paste it in my resource file and do the changes I need?

Thanks a lot.
Cheers

Hello Matteo,

Thanks for writing.

1. Update 2 for Visual Studio 2012 now officially addresses this issue. Can you please try to install it and see of it works for you.

2. Even if you do not want to install Update 2 for Visual Studio 2012, we have introduced some upgrades in our Styles structure that address this limitation and you should be able to extract the templates of all controls via the Visual Studio designer.

I hope this helps.

All the best,

Hi and thanks for the reply!
I have both Update 2 and the latest version of the Telerik controls installed, but I keep having the problem.
If I right click on my RadJumpList control (both in Visual Studio or Blend) and I choose Edit template -> Create a copy what I got is just this line of code generated:

<ControlTemplate x:Key="RadJumpListControlTemplate" TargetType="telerikDataControls:RadJumpList"/>

A friend of mine (that is using Telerik controls in his Windows Phone app too) is having the exact same problem.

Cheers

Hi Matteo,

Thanks for writing back.

This should be working. We will take a look into it.

Meanwhile: attached you will find a file containing all styles needed for RadJumpList.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,
