Xamarin Mobile App Development: I am looking for help on how to force the top part of the device to adopt to a color that I want, when you look at the snapshot attached, top part of the device; the blue background is not what I want. I tried changing this color with failure. If anyone has an idea, please help.

Waiting for any helpful idea. Thanks.

Hello Fravius,

Since this question is not directly related to Telerik UI for Xamarin, you should use StackOverflow or Xamarin's Forums for a better result. This is because the UI for Xamarin forums are for issues/questions related to implementing the controls.

The area you're referring to (in blue in the your screenshot) is called the Status Bar. For your convenience, I have found two articles for you that show you how to do this:

- If you're using Xamarin.Forms, see here
- If you're using straight Xamarin Android, see here

I hope this resolves your problem, please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns regarding UI for Xamarin.
