Hi Roland,
you can't use our controls with any other custom theme. You need to create a custom telerik theme to apply the custom styling.

Hello Roland,
The simplest way to create a custom appearance of RadControls for WPF is to edit their ControlTemplates in Blend. Please, take a look at this article:

You can find attached a sample project and a .doc file that demonstrate how to customize the appearance of RadTreeView for WPF.
