WPF application cannot connect to a server

I am testing a WPF application that connects to a server, it works when I open the application and attempt to connect. However, when Test Studio opens the application and attempts to connect it fails

Is there an exception message in the application log that could shade some light on the reason? Enable\clear the application log, reproduce the problem and share the log to check on, please.
