1. Clear the Email
field and reenter the email that you use to login to telerik.com
This should cause the Password
field to show.
2. Enter the password you use to login to telerik.com and click Download
Make sure you enter these credentials correctly. This should let you download the latest version.
Now, to address your general question. You can easily download the latest version of JustCode directly from the web site. Simply login and navigate to its download page. The auto-update dialog is simply another way to get it to all customers. Each new version of JustCode is self-contained and does not depend on you having a previous version.
Unfortunately, I cannot be of help about Sitefinity updates. I'd suggest you write a quick post to its forum or directly submit a ticket and the team will get back to you with more details.
