Winforms XLS report scale

I created a report and am exporting it as an XLS.  How do I set the Scale of the report so that when I open it up in Excel it shows as 60% instead of 100%?

Hello,

Scaling functionality of MS Excel is out of the scope of the reporting engine.
The available configurations of the Excel rendering mechanisms can be found in Excel 2003 Device Information Settings and Excel 2007 Device Information Settings.
