Whenever I drag a RadWindow it moves exponentially faster in the direction I am dragging it. It starts off slow and correct and then jumps off of the screen. I am using the Silverlight Q2 Release.

Thanks,

Billy Jacobs

Hi Billy Jacobs,

Do you use the service pack version of Q2 which we have recently updated? The problem comes with the incompatible thumb behavior between Silverlight 2 and 3. If you download the service pack everything should work fine. Moreover, what is the reason for still using Silverlight 2? Thank you for contacting us.

All the best,

I have a RadWindow containing a RadHtmlPlaceOlder.
When drag the Radwindow, the window moves correctly, but it's content (any web page) stays in teh priginal window position.
Sometimes after 2/3 second it follows teh window. Other times it won't move at all.

Please Help, this is a critcal problem for my application

I actually noticed that after dragging the window, and the its' html content staying in the original position, when I mouse over the window close button, then the html content moves inside the window again

Hi Andrea,

To fix this problem you could hook up to the LayoutChangeStarted and LayoutChangeEnded events of the RadWindow control and to hide the HtmlPlaceHolder when the LayoutChangeStarted event is fired and to show it back when the LayoutChangeEnded events is fired.

Best wishes,
