Thank you for writing.
Note that most of the forum threads are reviewed by Telerik representatives and we address the questions asked by our customers in the forums as well. A forum thread can be converted into a support ticket in order to allow attachments, e.g. a sample project is needed. However, we always notify the user that he can find the ticket in his Telerik Account.
