Please have a look at this link WPF built in dialogs

I simple don't understand way the predefined dialogs don't mirror the dialogs in WPF.

The reason I am using Telerik dialogs is that the are skinable and now I have to use wpf standard dialogs just because I want YesNoCancel buttons
You can do better

Hi,

Could you describe to us in more details what exactly you mean by not working as the built in dialogs. The RadWindow's predefined dialogs are a lot different then the built-in dialogs from the framework.

Could give us more details on what features that are included in the framework built-in dialogs you find useful and in what scenarios? This would help us see if implementing such functionalities would be beneficial and in what scenarios.

Thank you for your feedback.

I just don't think that it should be necessary to create a template if you want Yes, No and a Cancel button.
Look at the API for the built in dialog's, and mimic it.

I am now using the built in dialog's and my app looks bad because the dialogs is in one style and the rest is in win8 styling.

Hi,

We logged this as a feature request in our Public Issue Tracker System where you can vote for it and track its status.

If there is enough demand for this functionality we may implement it as a built-in feature in one of our future releases of RadControls.

Thank you for the feature request and for your feedback.

Kind regards,

It is 2017. Seven years after the first post on the forum.

There is still no YesNoCancel RadWindow.

Still lacks basic functionality in many controls.

Hello Tino,

Indeed, the requested functionality about additional "No" button inside RadConfirm was not implemented as it didn't receive much votes by our customers. Please have in mind that the feature requests are prioritized according to many different factors such as customers' demand, impact, etc.
Additionally, as mentioned earlier, you could easily implement it by customizing the template of the control.

Could you please elaborate more on the missing basic functionality in our WPF controls?

Hello Yana,

"didn't receive much votes by our customers"

YesNoCancel dialog is basic functionality, it exists for more than 25 years in Windows, and dialogs without it is sloppy work.

"Could you please elaborate more on the missing basic functionality in our WPF controls?"

The same thing is occurring in many other controls. I do not have time to elaborate.

Regards,

Tino.

Hi Tino,

I understand your point, however, I cannot specify a timeframe for implementing this functionality in RadConfirm. We raised the priority of the feature request, but as I mentioned earlier, there are other factors as well.

If, at any moment, you have time to share your feedback regarding other missing features in our WPF controls, it will be much appreciated.

This is so long ago. I was working at another company and at that moment I was just very frustrated (-:

I also think that YesNoCancel dialog is basic functionality. You should not wait people voting for it, it should be there by default.
