newbie on kendo ui :) 

 on the page : http://www.telerik.com/kendo-ui there is a picture with Some Numbers : 237 applications, 201 ... 

 

What kind of widget is that ? 

It looks like a progressbar with css

 i searched the demo's, but could not find it

The widgets you pointed are actually Kendo UI Donut Charts with customized appearance. For your convenience I prepared a basic example.
