Hello Teampulse-team,
I like the bug management system and I desperately want to start using it, but there is one big problem: I need to know which customer told us about this problem. Maybe our supportteam has to call the client for additional information and then we need to know the name of the customer.
I would like to add to Teampulse our customers in a really simple way:
The organization where the caller works, his name and his phone-number and emailadress
And when I am working on a bug I would like to connect the bug to the person who called/mailed.
And in the bugscreen I would like to see his name, phone-number and mailadres.
Do you already have plans for something like this?
