where is RadMultiPage ActiveViewChanged

I need an event that triggers server side when a view changes?  Is this possible?

I can suggest you to use the TabClick server-side event  in order to capture when the tab is selected and the associated RadPageView is changed. Here you could find our help article, regarding the usage the suggested event.
