You could download the RadControls by following those steps after you login into your account:
1. Open Manage Products
2. Under Purchased products & Extensions
3. Choose Premium Collection
I have attached a screenshot.
Then you should press the Download button and you will see a list of all the controls that you could download. Please check 'MagageProducts2.png'.
The direct link for RadControls for Silverlight is here.

Yes, you should browse to the Older Versions (please check the ManageProducts2.png) and choose the one you would like to download.

I have checked your account and you do not have any Silverlight downloads until now. May I ask you to first download the latest trial? Then please send us a support ticket to let us know what is the exact old Trial version you would like to download.

You just need to log into your Telerik account, go to the Available Downloads page and select Older versions link for the needed product, the you can navigate to the Download page of the concrete version.

Please let me know where can i download old trial version of WinForms Q1 2011?
As explained earlier in this thread all the available downloads are under Products & Subscrptions menu in your Telerik account.
I'd ask you to post any questions regarding UI for WinForms in the corresponding forum.
