When my RadBusyIndicator triggered following operation performed when I checked across VS stack(Rebinding happens)

1)     Hello Telerik,

  I have RadRibbonBar as part of Usercontrol, I have placed RadRibbonBar under RadBusyIndicator.

2)      When I trigger RadBusyIndicator using my Viewmodel by setting IsBusy property ‘True’ all the property associated with ViewModel s value changed.

         When my progressbar triggered following operation performed when I checked across VS stack(Rebinding happens on controls associated with RadBusyIndicator) described under my attachment:

         Is this expected behavior?. If yes I have problem with that. How can I avoid that
