"Unlimited number of users (as purchased)" means that there is no limitation on the number of users that you can purchase. Initially you will have as many users, as you order, and you can add more later in case you need additional users after some time.

Sorry still not explicit for me: you mean there is a price per user ? Where is this cost written somewhere : is it 1 c, 1$, 10$, 100$, ... per user ?

Also there are volume discounts if you purchase 6 or more user seats at one time. You can check the volume discounts offered here:
