Thank you for your question.
You don't need to check any capabilities in the manifest in order to make use of RadDiagnostics. It uses our ApplicationUsageHelper, which has to be initialized before using RadDiagnostics. More detailed instructions for the setup of these components is available in our online documentation.

Hi,
I thought the diagnostics info needed IDENTITY_DEVICE and the mailing feature needed NETWORKING.
I better read up on how the capabilities works
