Hi,

We use the version Q2 2012 912.40.
Often with IE8, IE9 we don't receive images from the WebResouce (see print screens).
This append often and only with IE. WIth Firefox or Chrome is not a problem.

Any idea about this problem?

In advance thanks for your answer.

Edwin.

Hi,

In order to troubleshoot this issue I would need a fiddler cap log or a liveUrl. This would help me identify the cause of your issue.

All the best,

Hi Pavlina,

In attachment you will find a log file (print screen) from fiddler cap log.
If you need more information let me know.

All the best,
Edwin.

Hello Edwin,

I recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of RadControls and see if this helps. If the problems appear sporadically and the cache cleaning resolves them, they are most likely due to application restart.
Just set the TelerikCdn="Enabled" property in the RadStyleSheetManager:

<telerik:RadStyleSheetManager ID="RadStyleSheetManager1" runat="server" CdnSettings-TelerikCdn="Enabled" />

In case the WebResource points to the javascript file you should enable CDN to the scripts of RadScriptManager.

Additionally, you can go through the help article below:

Kind regards,
