We don't do agile scrum yet - we may never.  Can we still use Team Pulse for requirements gathering and user stories?

Larry,

Absolutely.

There's no reason a non-agile team couldn't use TeamPulse, and all its functionality, for managing both requirements gathering and work management in the same way an Agile team would.

Hi Larry,

Stuart is correct that you don't have to be running your project using agile methodologies to use TeamPulse.  Of course a lot of the features of TeamPulse come from the agile world, but using agile is not a requirement.  There's even a template that comes out-of-the-box with TeamPulse called CMMI which is a non-agile template.

Kind regards,
