The new windows controls look to have great promise but I am struggling to find information on how they are supposed to work.
What would really be good, for all of your controls, is a movie (walk-through) that shows a developer using each control. From design to configuration and integration in a simple application. Sometimes it tough to get started, for example with the Dock functionality where do you start? There are several controls that appear to be involved with the Dock functionality.
After some trial and error and in the product description it looks like you start with a Docking Manager, but that is not intuitive and the help not being complete (I hope) it makes developers getting used to the control waste several hours trying to figure it out.
I like the examples, but there is no way to see how you got there, so including a movie that shows "HOW" the examples were created would be extraordinary.
Thanks for the windows controls, nice to finally get controls that make an application look current and like I said earlier they look very promising!
