Hi Kennet,

Unfortunately, this type of gauge is currently not supported by the control. Our developers will consider the possible ways to implement it with a future version of the control.

Please, accept our apologies for this inconvenience.

Please consider that, there is no WPF controler on the market that can do multicolor progressbar, or an analog "VU meter" . Peak indicator on progressbar is a must. Here is some pro "VU meters" to get some ideas from: http://www.dorrough.com/ and this YouTube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTYQJrR9N4k

Hi Kennet,

It turned out that my previous answer was not completely correct and I beg you to accept my apologies for this mistake.

In the Q3.2009 version of the control there is away to set up multicolor linear indicators (unfortunately not present in our online examples yet). The peak indicator can be created using a StateIndicator.

Please, find the attached project which demonstrates how to set up RadGauge for a similar scenario.

Hope this will help.

All the best,

Thanks Velin, this is a good start.

I get the most of how it works, but how do I get rid of the black background, gradient and frame ? I just want the "progressbar". I see no properies in RadGauge that set the background and so.

Hello Kennet,

The LinearGauge control defines a static background that currently can not be customized. To set your custom background you should simply set background to the RadGauge control and remove the LinearGauge from its content. Please, find attached the modified project.

Hope this will help.
