I am using the 2009Q3 release, but I cannot find the Visual Studio Extensions.  There is a Telerik menu in Visual Studio, but the only submenu is "About."  If I create a new Telerik Silverlight project, I do get to select the Telerik modules I want, but I can't figure out how to run the upgrade wizard on existing projects.  Did I miss something during installation?

The missing submenus appeared after I installed Open Access, but now the Silverlight RAD controls have all disappeared from the Toolbox.  Since the missing menus are there, I can "Configure Telerik Silverlight Application," and check and uncheck the various Telerik Silverlight Components, but nothing appears in the Toolbox, even though all the components are checked.  Also, if I uncheck one, click "Finish," and come back in, it will be checked again.  "Configure Telerik Silverlight Application" appears to do nothing at all.

Fortunately, there is a "Help" button on the dialog box, but unfortunately all it does is open a bubble that says "Help,"  so that doesn't get me anywhere.

The whole system seems very fragile.

    Hello James,

Automatically adding Silverlight controls to the toolbox is not well supported for VS2008 yet (I hope Microsoft improve that in the future). That is why our Visual Studio Extensions does not add Silverlight controls to the toolbox.

To add them manually, right click your toolbox, select Choose Items... and pick the Telerik assemblies. Check this help article for details.

Regarding the second problem - "Configure Telerik Silverlight Application" appears to do nothing at all. - We have tried to reproduce the issue in a number of local test projects without much success. Could you please send us a project reproducing the problem (in a support ticket)?

The third problem turned out to be a bug with the bubble. I have logged it and we will fix it shortly.
