For more information regarding Telerik and Visual Studio 11 in general, you can refer to this blog post. There you can find useful information regarding where we are and what is planned ahead.
As for OpenAccess ORM in particular, for the time being you can use our Nuget Packages for Code-First development. Migrating the VS extensions of OpenAccess like the Visual Designer to the new Visual Studio 11 is a more complex development and we are working on it already. We will try to produce a second service pack for Q1 2012 version with VS 11 support - otherwise it will be included in the Q2 2012 release.
