Hi Telerik.
I have discovered a small bug in virtualized RadGridView. I attached a screenshot. You can try it on your demo.

- Click on the first row.
- Move the cursor mouse over the second row.
- Scroll down the mouse wheel.
- And watch what happens. :)

Thank you very much for your report! I've added 2000 Telerik points to your account. Unfortunately this can be reproduced on almost every grid demo (for example this one) and we will start to look immediately on how to fix this quickly.
This problem definitely related to the grid UI virtualization and not to our Data Virtualization.
