The Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX suite contains many controls that could be used in virtual-menu-scenrio. For example, you can use RadMenu, RadListView (for navigating), RadImageGallery, RadLightBox (for displaying pictures of the dishes), RadSearchBox, RadRating and so on.
The exact controls that will be chosen strongly depend on the specific requirements that need to be satisfied. This is why, I would suggest that you to take a look over all of the controls in our AJAX suit and see which will fit your scenario best.
