Is it possible to extract the raw data used to populate given charts? For example, the Feature Timing charts shows the # of sessions and the timings in each band, but can we get the full list of all the sessions, with the individual timing values for each one, as well as installationID?

Hi Daniel,

By default, we do not publicly expose the raw data used to feed the charts. Actually our charts are working with already processed data, i.e. the feature timing chart is working with almost the same data you see in the UI. The reason behind it - it's too slow and resource intensive to extract all the raw information.

On the other hand, we do offer a custom script execution, which is capable of retrieving almost any data stored in the system - http://docs.telerik.com/platform/analytics/client/settings/custom-scripts

However this feature is an add-on option and is not included in the base plan. You may want to contact you sales representative for more details about the pricing.

Regards,
Hristo
