Hi,

Got my development iPhone4 to hook up with Graphite after registering for the apple developer program (could they have made it more convoluted). The same HTML works perfectly on the handset when running in all the simulators , running as a web app in Safari on the handset and every android device I've tried (about 6 handsets and two tablets....native and webapp) but on the native iPhone app the title bar is missing, it's as if 50% of the title is under the phones status bar at the top of the screen (portrait or landscape).

TitleIssue

Latest version of Graphite
Kendo v2012.2.1030
Cordova 2.0.0
iPhone4
iOS 6.0.1.

Any ideas?

I can't post the code here but I don't mind sending the HTML if you supply an email address as no ticket option is available.

Thanks,
Norman.

Hello Norman,

We have tracked down the issue and it appears to be a problem on our side when Cordova 2.0 is built in Debug mode. We will provide a fix for this in the next public version of the product.

Till then my advice is to upgrade your project to Cordova 2.2 where this problem should be gone. Alternatively you can build your application in Release mode which will again fix the issue (using the Build Settings option from the context menu of the root node in the project navigator.). Please note that using a Release build will disable LiveSync functionality.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience.

All the best,

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for your assistance.

I can confirm that changing to Cordova 2.2.0 solves the issue. I did contemplate doing that but I wanted to find out if it's a issue 1st. We'll just use 2.2.0 from now on.

Icenium is great btw.

Keep up the good work,
Norman.
