Hi Sergei,
This is not supported by the chart. The height of the chart's vertical axis is determined by the height of the chart. To achieve your requirement you try to set the Clip property of the axis. Or alternatively you can set the chart's Height, then set the axis Minimum and Maximum, and the ClipToPlotArea property of the series. This way the series data will exceed the plot area even if outside of the axis range.
