Hello,

Sorry about this.

It's a newly introduced bug in Fiddler update functionality caused by Fiddler being unable to connect to its update service. You could download the latest beta where this is fixed by clicking on the Download beta link here - https://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler

You could also start fiddler with the -noversioncheck command line switch to avoid that.
