Thank you for providing the password. We were able to unzip and run your test application. Our QAs spend some time trying to reproduce this issue using the application you have sent us and following the steps shown in the video attached to your previous reply. However the issue is not reproducible on several different machines. Therefore we are not able to give you an appropriate solution since there isn't a step by step guide that will cause the issue to be reproduced.
What I could suggest you is try to migrate your test application using our new ChartView
control. It is currently in beta but it will be officially released with Q1 2012 in about a month. A demo examples showing some of its capabilities can be found here
