OK here's what I have:

A nested RadGrid, on the nested grid an Edit form Template, on the template a RadDatePicker, which has a required field Validator attached to it. I also have 2 other Rad Text boxes with Validator controls.

Here's what is happening, I load the web page, click to view the second grid, click to add new, and the calendar popup doesn't work, no pop up, no error message nothing. If I try to submit the page, the validators fire and show the warnings, now the calendar control works OK.

Andy Ideas?

This is a RadAjaxManager issue. And was not only restricted to the calendar control, the drop downs wouldn;t drop either.

I was luck enough to get an error message which read -

Error. Sys.ScriptLoadFailedException: The script '/Expert/ScriptResource.axd? d=some string could not be loaded code 0

When I removed the Manager control the validation & controls all worked.

All in all not having much sucsess with this Ajax stuff, nothing has worked so far as I want it to.

Hello Andy,

Unfortunately I could not reproduce this issue. I created a test project in my attempt to recreate the abnormality explained so far. I used the latest official build of RadControls. I've attached my sample web site project to this support thread. Please examine it and tell me if I am missing something.

Best wishes,
