Is there a way to use this control with the panorama control, like if I there are 5 PanoramaItems, I get 5 dots, and tracks which page am currently in.

Thank you for your question.
You can't use the panorama control directly with the RadPaginationControl. The Pagination control can be used with objects which implement the IPageProvider interface, so if you want you can create your own class that implements this interface and then add the pagination for it.
