I am trying cordova file api to access the file system and I am using my itouch with Icenium Ion to test.  I noticed that the file system's root only goes to Documents folder and it shows only my current project's content (folders and files).  How to see all the folders on the device?  Thanks.

Hi Diane,

Your observation is expected as when you use ION to deploy your app to the device, it is being run inside the Ion container where the files of the application and the application itself are sand-boxed. This means that you'll only be able to see a slice of the file system that's isolated to your application, for more info refer to this article.

All the best,
