if using bullet points in the decription field of a user story the last bullet points disappears if it does not end with an extra paragraph. From my point of view this should not be the case.

please be informed that this problem is not related to bullet points only.
If the last line starts with a tab stop but does not end with an extra paragraph the tab stop disappears if closing an re-opening a user story.
Could you please confirm that bug #2415 and the one with the tab stop is solved in the next release.

We will not manage to fix the bug for the R3 release. It is related to the version of the controls that we are using and we are not planning to change them for R3. We will migrate to their latest version immediately after the release and it is likely to release a service pack with fixes for control related bugs soon after that.

Can you please provide us with some more information in regards to your issue?
- Does this bug happen on new stories, old (previously written) stories, or both?
- Which browser(s) have you encountered this bug in?
- Do you experience this bug in other areas of the application that allow for rich text (such as a bug description or persona objectives), or only in the story description specifically?
- Would it be possible to supply a screenshot or video of the issue?

Now I've been able to do it again and record it, but I don't know how to send it, and my internet access at work is quite limited.
This time I had a story with a bullet list, with no blank line at the end (The last line was the last bullet with a Quick link), and when I opened it back, the last line had no bullet and had size changed to 12. I have modified the size and applied bullet format again, closed, opened, and again no bullet format and size 12. (And I can do it again every time I want).
The bug this time just happened to a previously written story, but I think it happened on new ones too, and without closing the story. I think it always happens related to bullets, that's why I think it relates to the same bug this post was opened for.
It happens both at Chrome and IE9.
The bug with the bullet if it is last in the description will be fixed in the new release at the beginning of the next month.

I have seen that the bullet problem is solved, and thought the default font changed, the font doesn't seem to change anymore while writing, but I'm a little disappointed because other problems appeared with the Rich text control change.
Other problem with bullets, it happens doing this:
- Press the tab
- Delete it
- Try to use bullets in this line or the next
- The bullet don't appear, unless using the tab again.
The second one: I'm used to paste with "Shift+ Insert" I know is a little unusual, but it worked before and now it does weird things, at first it seems that it don't do anything, but after you write something or paste again using "Ctrl+V" the text pasted with "Shift+Insert" appears too (So you have it twice). I wouldn't mind if it doesn't work, but this behavior is troubling me because is difficult to change such a old habit, so, could you please fix it or if not possible at least make it do nothing?.
Thanks for report. I've logged the items and we will try to fix them as soon as possible. Unfortunately fixing bugs related to the controls that we are using is slower than normal bug fixes. Anyway I hope that it will be fixed soon.
