Can you point me in the right direction for user documentation on a couple of your components please.

I would like a copy of the reporting component help text in electronic format and also anything that you have on the pivotgrid component. We need these to prepare some training materials, help files and documentation.

Information regarding all the available report items can be found under Report Structure node in our online documentation.

Please note, that PivotGrid control belongs to Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX. In Telerik Reporting, you can test CrossTab/Table item that has similar functionalities.

Is there any user oriented help text in existence for the pivotgrid which is similar in detail to the user help for the reporting  component? 

Secondly, can we have a copy of the reporting component 'help content' in a document format or other more usable format which saves having to download every individual  page from the web?

Documentation for PivotGrid control is available online - link.

Regarding the help content, we do not provide it in other formats. You can test the following:

• save the required web pages locally and open with MS Word or ;
• install a plugin for the browser/third-party software dedicated to saving the web pages in a required format (PDF, Word document etc.)
