Hello
I just wonder if following functionality is possible with kendo dragging:
My requirement is following:
a) I have container
b) I'm loading image inside, sometimes is bigger sometimes is smaller
c) If image is bigger I want to be able to move image to see invisible part, something like hidden scrolling but with dragging.

Kendo dragging has moving functionality already, so I would like if possible use it.

So my question is that possible?

Regards
Marcin

Hi Marcin,

The described behavior can be achieved like this:

http://dojo.telerik.com/oKiT/2

This is a simplified demo, which shows the Kendo UI API that you need to use. Please use it as a starting point to add the final touches (e.g. position restrictions, etc).

I was looking for similar functionality.  I modified your example in the kendo ui dojo.  I made the container 300 x 300 and the container item 30x30.This works great the first time I move the box.  However when I move the box a second time.  It reverts to it's original position before dragging and the mouse is then at an offset.  Any ideas?

Thanks,
Rick

Hello Richard,

This does not sound like a known issue. Can you post the modified version of your example?
