(Sorry I posted on the WP7 forum, but I'm using WP8, so I'm reposting here. Admin, delete my other post if needed!)

Hi,

I would like to display my user a messagebox to ask them if they want to download one of my other app in the WindowsPhone store.

My goal is to show them a message after they run the app for x times or
after a specific number of days. It should also work even if the
application is not a trial (I don't have trial mode in my app, it's a
free app with IAP). When they click 'OK', they should be redirected to
the store or another page in my application.

Can the TrialReminder be used for this purpose ? I know it wasn't made for this but looks like a good candidate for the job :)

Hi Jean,

You can use the TrailFeatureReminder control for your scenario. More information how do use this control you can find on this link.

Please find an attached project that demonstrate this scenario.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions.
