Upgrading RadEditor Lite from 4.4.1 to 4.5.6

We were using RadEditor Lite 4.4.1 and worked fine beside getting the error 'RadEditor 7.2.1 trial version. Copyright Telerik © 2002-2007. To remove this message, please purchase a developer version.'

I'm being told that to get rid of that message I need to upgrade to 4.5.6. I followed the guide and upgraded to 4.5.6; however, I received the following error message:

Hi Henry Tran,

I apologize for the inconvenience. Indeed the first binding redirect in your file is the one that I recommended.
The web.config file looks OK, so could you please provide me with your configuration files, which are in the /Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/web server extensions/wpresources/RadEditorSharePoint/4.x.x.x__1f131a624888eeed/RadControls/Editor folder? These are ConfigFile.xml, ListConfigFile.xml, ToolsFile.xml, ListToolsFile.xml. I will use this information in order to try reproducing the issue on our test server.

Hi Henry,

One thing that you should know: If you are using the Lite version of RadEditor for MOSS 4.5.6 the MOSSRadEditor class has no public constructor. So if you are trying to create such object some where in a page you will receive the mentioned in your first post error. What I suggest you to do is upgrade to the ASP.NET AJAX version of the control, which is 5.x. In order to do this follow these help articles:
