Hi - just wondering if there is an updated SDK for the 2011 Q1 release?  I uninstalled both the SDK and the Q3SP1.  All the links on the web site for the SDK point to the free trial which doesn't install if you already have the full blown version installed.

Am I missing something or is there just a bad link?

Thanks

jack

Hello Norman, hello Jack,

You are not missing a thing, we were pretty busy with the Q1 release of Telerik OpenAccess ORM and did not manage to get all of the examples in the SDK updated and the new ones that we have developed imported in it, this is why the release of the Telerik OpenAccess SDK will be delayed with a few days. We are currently working on finishing touches of the SDK and hope we will be able to deliver it to the public in the following days or next week at the latest.

You will be pleased to find that the new version of the SDK will have a new DynamicData example, as well as one featuring the use of ASP.NET MVC and the Fluent Mapping API.

Kind regards,

If you could ensure there are some WCF samples in there with WPF that would be great.

Hi Norman,

As a matter of fact we do have some examples that show how Telerik OpenAccess ORM is used with WCF Data Service, WCF RIA Services and WCF Plain Services. We will be releasing the SDK as well as an internal build by the end of the week. For the time being you can download the Q3 SDK (that also has the WCF examples included) from your account. You can find it on this page (note that you have to be logged in).

I hope this is helpful. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any more questions.

Kind regards,
Serge
