Please update the cab enabling kit for 2011 Q3. most of the controls are not supported(tabstrip,toolstrip).
Change it for pageview,commandbar instead of tabstrip and toolbar.

Thank you for writing.
We do have in our plans upgrading this project to the latest version. However, for the time being, I am not able to provide you with an exact time frame when the upgraded version will be issued. What I can suggest is to subscribe to the RSS feed at this page, in order to get notified when this application is out: http://telerikcab.codeplex.com/
The other thread which you have opened regarding the same subject is deleted.
