Hi, everyone! I've have been experiencing difficulties that past couple of days in trying to access Telerik Platform projects. This morning, I can't seem to access my project code. I get the error that the page can't load. And then when I try to reload it, I get the same error. (FYI: I do my work through the browser.)
I have tried -
- closing Chrome and restarting Chrome
- re-logging into Chrome
- clicking on my Project workspace. I can see the workspace, but my project doesn't load.

Hi Sulu,

We are sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

Could you please try with the old trick with clearing your browser's cache and cookies and try again? Alternatively, try opening the browser in an Incognito mode?

We would appreciate if you can provide some steps and screenshots that reproduce the problem. Are you seeing any error messages or warnings in the developer console?

This behavior could be connected to the previous incident reported on our status page here. Probably, the browser has some wrong cookies cached from this period of time.

if the problem persists after the aforementioned steps, we would appreciate if you could record a FiddlerCap session with the "Decrypt HTTPs traffic" option enabled and send it to us for more extensive investigation.

Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Hello Sulu,

I owe you an apology for the misleading information.

If the problem you have reported is in regard to the AppBuilder services, currently there is a major outage as reported here.

Thank you once again for your understanding.
