Unable to install the latest update for telerik test studio

Hi There,

I have downloaded the latest telerik Test studio package to install (I have 2016 version installed. want to update it to 2017) and encountered attached error on execution.

Please help.

Hello Hanila,

It is possible to update the product from the welcome screen as it is shown on the attached screenshot. If that is not possible by any reason - try to run downloaded installer with administrative rights or to download from your Telerik account the other type of installer .msi or .exe 

I hope this will solve the problem.
