Hi,
We are encountering a problem in using RadEditor. We deployed RadEditor for MOSS v. 4.5.2 and activated the feature for our blog sites. Unfortunately, on first load of the page that has the RadEditor, we are unable to do anything to it (e.g. type words on the editor, click any button, etc.). Although, after clicking on the HTML tab and going back to Design, we can already type on the editor. May I ask what the problem might be? So far, we can't find any work-around for this. Also, we thought a newer version might not have this problem but I am not sure where we can download it from. Your help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
By the way, this issue is only happening in Firefox. The control works fine in IE.

Hello Arthur,
I suggest you to upgrade to the latest RadEditor for MOSS, which now is 5.5.0. It is based on the latest RadEditor 2009.2.701.
In order to get the latest RadEditor you should go to the Downloads section under your account, click on the Visual Studio Extensions, DLLs, Scripts, Source Code, DNN and MOSS wrappers ... link and download the RadEditor for MOSS: (zip, 13 MB) installation. You can see the attached screenshot for more information.
Here is the upgrade instructions article that you will need http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/upgrade-instructions-from-v4-to-v5.html.

Thanks for the response and the screenshot. The new version fixed that problem. But unfortunately, we are experiencing another issue. Whenever I click on some of the buttons in the editor, I am getting a "The command ________ is not implemented yet." error. This is happening when I click MOSSInsertTable, MOSSLinkManager, MOSSLeftToRight, MOSSRightToLeft. I just downloaded and deployed the RadEditor.wsp and did not modify anything in the configuration files. I am not sure if this is a known bug but this is happening both in IE and FF. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
