Unable to activate my license key for the trial version?

Hello - I am unable to get a registration key for the license key (trial version ) of WebUI Studio. Please see the attached gif file for the registration key that was generated? Please help.

Hello Neeraj,

I am sorry for the confusion. I've attached a screenshot of your registration key. Copy and paste this very long text string into the activation wizard.

Hi,
Sorry that I get in in the middle of conversation but in context of this problem, I cannot find the place where I should paste the registration key(the long one that the website produce for me)!

Could you, please tell me(send me screen) the steps how can I get to the proper screen?

Hello Verica,

Sure, no problem!

1) When the product starts select Purchase Activation, click Next
3) Select Manual, click Next
3) In the Registration Key test box, paste the very large/long registration key you received from our website. I attached a screen shot of this dialog. Click Next.

That should do it for you.

Hi again,

Thanks for you explanation, but in my pop up there is no textbox under Registration Key, where I should paste the "long key".

(I couldn't find how to attched the screen shot)

p.s. I'm trying to activate the trial version, probably I should select Trial instead of Purchase Activation?!

Hello Verica,

The Manual Activation is intended to be used on machines that lack direct Internet connectivity. The Trial will try to communicate to our license server over the Internet to validate your Trial and activate Trial mode of the software on your machine. So key question here, does your machine have Internet connection? If so, then yes you should be selecting Trial instead. Let me know how that goes for you.

Yes, I have an internet connection
Here are the steps that I performed:
1. I add test from telerik studio
2. Licence popup appears to me, and give me 2 options: Trial or Purchase activation
3. I choose Trial Activation and click Next
4. Again two options is available fo me: Automatic or Manual
5. I select Manual and cilck Next
6. Screen with Machine key appears to me
7. I copy the machine key in the website(according instruction in the pop up) and click Generate registration key
8. From the web site I copy the generated registration key, BUT the problem is that I haven't text box in the pop up screen (in the visual studio, under registration key label) to paste this code ?!

Hello Verica,

 My apologies for the trouble. Due to some WPF theme issue the TextBox for the RegistrationKey field is not visible. You can activate using the "Automatic" process or download the  latest internal build from here: http://www.telerik.com/account/your-products/internal-builds.aspx where the problem is solved.

The problem I'm having is finding the trial registration key. I can't find it anywhere. For some reason Automatic doesn't work on my machine, may be related to security on the machine, so doing manual. How do I activate the trial? Thank you!
