Hello,

I'm trying to implement the example custom gauge in my iOS app and everything looks great except that the animation is not working. When I run the example code supplied with the trial package in Xamarin Studio the animation works, however if I put the same code into my app the animation no longer works. Is there a way to troubleshoot this issue? Is there a way to generate an exception that will give me some clue to the cause of the problem?

Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for writing.

Can you please ZIP your project and open a new support ticket by attaching it there for further investigation. Based on the information you are providing we cannot say what goes wrong but a project which reproduces the issue will be helpful.

Thanks for the quick response. After stepping away from my work and rethinking the situation it dawned on me that I've been instantiating the view controller from the storyboard, without a navigation controller, for testing and evaluation purposes. Once I added a navigation controller the animation started to fire and the gauge is working flawlessly.
