Hi everybody !
i run demos Editor - Track Changes, if i'm disable Track changes override, i can type my language Vietnamese with input method: telex and Character set: Unicode
and it displays right. But if i enable Track changes override, it diplays wrong when i type my language.

Hi Vi,

Using the Windows built-in Vitnamese language does not lead to the same problem. If the used input language is a third-party installation, please provide further information about how could this be investigated on our end.

I don't understand. I used Unicode font (Arial, tahoma, time new roman). If Track changes override is diasable, the editor display right.
if enable Track changes, it' wrong. You said using the windows built-in Vietnamese language does not lead to the same problem, could You detail more your guide for me?

Hi Vi,

Thank you for getting back to me.

Unfortunately I am unable to use the same third-party tool for the Vietnamese keyboard.

Note that the Track Changes functionality does not depend on the specific language. The typed characters just appear in pure HTML formatted syntax.

For example, when the tracking is enabled, the typed text is getting in <ins> tags to underline it. I suggest you trying if the keyboard used is supported with such underline formatting.

Additionally, as I mentioned the MS out-of-the-box Vietnamese keyboard is working as expected, and I can only recommend using this one to ensure that it is supported.

Hi Vi,

Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce such behavior on my end and due to that I am not able to log a proper bug report.

I suggest trying to provide exact steps, which can be locally replicated and the descibed issue reproduced, so that I could examine this matter and log a suitable report on this matter.

Ianko
