Hi Ladislav,
Currently you cannot add custom touch on ItemsControl. You will need to manually handle touch events and create gestures.
However, we are working on a touch framework (internally), that is currently implemented in some of our controls. The results with it are good and we will consider if and when we should release it to public. We cannot give you any guarantee that it will be released at all.
