Add tooltips to a webform (around 3 or so) then generate a local resource for that page. All the tooltips now dissapear. Noticed this whilst working on vs 2008. Telerik can you please confirm.

I tried to reproduce the problem you describe but to no avail. Could you please provide us with detailed steps we need to follow in order to reproduce it and a few screenshots, demonstrating the result you get? We will additionally need the version of the Prometheus suite you are using.
